I installed the visor last week in nice weather. I was worried that the fiberglas might not be very sturdy but there is an iron pipe across the entire length with 3 extra mounts in the middle. The only problem I had was with the INSTRUCTIONS. They were small 4 x 5 inches with 6 pictures that were barely visible. The words were in at least 3 languages. Luckily I build all my own stuff so with my wife helping we had it trial fit in about 30 min and permanent in 20 more total less than an hour. I have pictures of the black Roadtrek van with the visor -- very sharp and NO NOISE at 70 mph. Thumbs up all the way.
