Good product but Instruction and measurement are not great... Domage but at least once well adjusted (by changing the original measurements that did not do at all) it is #1
Quality of rack was good. Easy install by watching the video. Instructions were useless. As stated in another review, the part that you cut to get the distance between is way off.
The setup procedure is a bit difficult, but reviewing the video and manual makes it more clear. To set the horizontal width between the stands, you need cut some plastic pieces at a set length. The specified length in the manual was way off for my 2022 Bolt. I managed to figure it out, but it took more time.
One piece was broken in shipping and I needed extra plastic pieces after the mistake noted above. Thankfully, customer service was prompt and got me the new parts quickly.
One mounted, these cross bars look good and seem sturdy. This is much less money than the major brands, so it is worth it if you don't mind monkeying around.
Good rack but instructions were very hard to understand. Would have been to have nice to have written instructions rather than just pictures, some of which, were very hard to understand what they were trying to convey. Once we got it put together, a very nice universal rack.
