Awesome transaction with Omac; I orded the crossbars and received them very quickly. Upon opening the box, there was a stray washer laying about, no problem, all parts were accounted for including the stray.
Moving on to installation... Holy Shit! The instructions are beyond dismal, there are tiny pictures that you have to discern which side is what, where does that go, how does that match up, and how the hell is that supposed to work? I am a trained aircraft mechanic, and I have the skills to figure out how most things go together. I found myself walking back and forth, side to side trying to figure out which end goes where and why is that at such a crazy angle? Eventually I was able to figure out what goes where and how to attach tab a to slot by but it was from experience not from the included instructions. Omac sells great products and has great customer service with ridiculously fast shipping. I think they may want to include instructions that explain things better. Five stars for Omac company! 2 stars for instructions.
I can't rate a hotel bad because of road construction on the other side of the highway keeping me awake. I can't fault Omac because of terrible instructions provided by third party.

Very sturdy when attached and snug, looks great and it looks like Oem… love it 👍
Instructions could have been better but great product!
Delivered quickly and all parts were there and in good shape. More difficult to assemble and adjust than it should have been. This is, to a large extent, a function of the pictographic instructions, which in some cases mixed right and left. The rubber boots and end trim pieces make initial installation almost impossible. For my purposes, I’m just leaving them off and remove the bars after I use them. Nonetheless, once set up, the bars are very sturdy and do what I need them to do.
Instructions in English would have helped
