They came as ordered. I have used them two times now and they seem very good. Set up was very easy, they seem strong no movement on the car top mountings once tighten with the Allen wrench. I am looking forward to taking our long trip from Muskegon, Michigan to New England. It is around little over 900 miles one way. I do notice a whistling noise at higher speeds of 45 mph and greater. A small Ferret on the front bar may help. It makes that same noise when the Kayak is on and when there is nothing on the crossbars. I believe it is good value despite the whistling noise.

Price, packaging, ease of ordering site, and quality all were good. Package arrived in great condition a couple of days quicker than I expected. Instructions could be more clear. Might be a little confusing to a novice. I am a very good handyman with considerable experience assembling things and it was easy for me. Just got the racks mounted today, so I have not hauled anything on them. Only time will tell how the really hold up. Thank You
